What type of facilities is this designed for?

Essentials was built for care settings serving individuals with dementia. It applies to:

• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Assisted Living and Memory Care communities (ALFs/MCs)

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?

Your $997 Founder’s Rate is a one-time facility license with no recurring subscription. It includes full access to the training portal and implementation tools, plus onboarding and support. As a Founder’s Rate buyer, you’ll receive early access and lifetime renewal pricing on future upgrades and system expansions.

Can I use this in both my SNF and ALF settings?

Yes—with some clarification. If both care levels are operated at one campus, your $997 license covers both. We’ll provide alignment briefs for each setting during onboarding. If you operate multiple facilities, each site requires its own license to ensure appropriate onboarding, tracking, and support.

How do my staff access the training?

Staff receive secure login credentials to the Essentials training portal. The modules are short, targeted, and designed to fit into real-world shift workflows. No special software is required—just an internet connection. We also provide a printable certificate template and tracking roster that can be included in your HR files or presented during a survey to demonstrate proactive staff education.

Is this program survey-ready? Will it help us during inspections?

Yes. SeizureSafe™ Essentials was designed with compliance in mind. SNFs receive CMS F-tag alignment guidance (e.g., F684, F699) to support survey readiness. ALFs receive state-relevant incident reporting and documentation language. The training, tools, and documentation framework support both quality assurance and risk mitigation objectives.

Does this count toward our state or federal training requirements?

Essentials is not a state-mandated CEU program, but it supports survey readiness by demonstrating proactive risk mitigation and condition-specific staff training. For SNFs, the documentation and F-tag alignment brief help validate your QAPI process and resident safety efforts. For ALFs, the tools support incident investigation, response training, and change-of-condition documentation.

What support is included after purchase?

You’ll receive a 30-minute onboarding session with Russ Barker to walk through implementation. You’ll also have ongoing support with direct email access for questions, technical support, or feedback. We’re committed to helping your team get real results, not just giving you access to content.

How long does implementation take?

Most facilities can implement the Essentials program within 2–3 weeks. The training modules are short, the tools are ready-to-use, and we support you in getting your team up to speed quickly. The platform is designed to require minimal disruption and no complex onboarding.

Do you offer volume discounts or multi-site pricing?

How do we manage this with turnover or agency staff?

Essentials is designed to be reused with new staff as needed. Your license includes unlimited access to the training modules, printable tools, and certificate templates. Essentials is the foundational layer of what will become a full seizure management system.
